Booking & Availability

● Weekly rentals are our standard offering

● Long Term, Weekend, and short-term rentals may be arranged — please call for availability and rates

Weekly Rental Rates

● One bedroom downstairs: $250.00 per night

● One bedroom upstairs: $300.00 per night

● Two bedroom upstairs: $325.00

● Stays run Saturday check in at 4:00 PM to Saturday check out at 11:00 AM, unless special provisions are made in advance

Rates, Taxes & Fees

● All rental rates are subject to a 12.5% Florida and Monroe County bed sales tax

One-time cleaning fee: 250.00

● Security deposit: Call for current rates

House Policies

No smoking inside any accommodation

● No pets permitted

● Children must be supervised at all times near the water

● No parties or events without prior approval

Directions to Conch Keys Landing

We are located on the island of Conch Key, Mile Marker 63, just past the Long Key Bridge (approximately 2.8 miles long).

Mile markers are posted along US-1 as small green signs. For reference:

● Key Largo: Mile Marker 120

● Key West: Mile Marker 0

Driving Directions

1. Travel south on US-1 in the Florida Keys

2. Turn right onto Conch Key (bayside) at Mile Marker 63

3. Drive to the end of the street (Conch Avenue)

4. Make a left turn

5. Conch Keys Landing is immediately on your right — a turquoise two-story building

Airport Directions

From Fort Lauderdale Airport

Take I-595 West to the Florida Turnpike – South

From Miami International Airport

● Take Highway 836 West to the Florida Turnpike – South

From either airport:

● Stay on the Florida Turnpike until it dead-ends and merges into US-1

● Continue south on US-1 into the Florida Keys

● Conch Key is bayside off US-1 at Mile Marker 63
